A score that means something
Nutrition, training, sleep, hydration, activity and consistency roll into one number out of 100. No vanity metrics.
Pochi is a little creature that lives on your phone. Feed it well, move every day and get some sleep, and it thrives. Neglect it and it won't.
Everything you log feeds a single Health Score, and that score is what keeps your Pochi standing up.
Nutrition, training, sleep, hydration, activity and consistency roll into one number out of 100. No vanity metrics.
Your Pochi gets sick when you slip and can die if you disappear for long enough. Come back consistently and you can earn a revival.
Scan a barcode for instant nutrition facts, or snap a photo and let the AI scanner estimate the meal for you.
Log sets and reps, track personal bests, follow a preset program or generate one around your goal, schedule and equipment.
Add a few friends by handle or QR code and compare streaks and scores. There's no timeline and nothing to scroll.
Earn coins by actually turning up, then spend them on furniture and cosmetics for the room your Pochi lives in.
No streak-anxiety machine, no 40-field food diary. Log what you did and get on with your day.
Barcode, photo or manual entry for food. Sets and reps for training. Steps sync automatically on Android via Health Connect.
Six inputs roll into one Health Score out of 100, weighted towards the last few days rather than your all-time average.
It bounces when you're doing well and visibly declines when you're not. That's the whole feedback loop.
Its state tracks the last few days of effort, so it reacts to what you are doing now rather than what you did in January.
The pet, the score, workouts, friends and the room are all free forever. Premium covers the features that cost us money to run.

Yes. The pet, the Health Score, food and workout logging, friends, streaks and the room are all free with no time limit. Premium adds the AI food scanner, advanced analytics and premium cosmetics.
It can, if you stop logging for long enough. It's not instant and there's plenty of warning — it moves through struggling, sick and critical first.
You get one revival per Pochi: come back and log consistently for seven days and it returns. After that a new one hatches and the previous generation is kept in your history.
No. Pochi is a fitness and wellbeing app, not a medical device, and nothing in it is medical advice. The AI food scanner produces estimates from a photo and will sometimes be wrong — don't rely on it for anything medically important. Talk to a doctor or dietitian about anything that matters.
On Android, yes — through Health Connect, once you turn it on under Profile → Settings and grant read access. Apple Health support on iPhone is still to come.
No. Friends see a handful of shared numbers such as your streak and score. Your individual food and workout entries are never shown to them, and there is no public feed anywhere in the app.
From inside the app: Profile → Account → Delete account. It is immediate and can't be undone. If you can't get into the app, use the account deletion page.
